2002-02-12 9:23 p.m. Do I have any readers from Canada? If so, hello. Of my entire life, I'm ashamed to admit that maybe 36 hours of it have been spent in Canada. When I was in high school, I did an Outward Bound program in and around the San Juan islands in the Puget Sound. We actually crossed the border into B.C. for a day or two. Pretty up that way. One might say gorgeous. What I'm sayin' is that I like Canada. And, from what I've seen, it's a fine, fine country. And what I'm getting at is the fact that y'all were robbed by the figure skating judges. I feel for you. I have half a mind to storm Salt Lake City and demand the IOC give my Canadian brethern a little r-e-s-p-e-c-t. downtown----uptown leave me a note, fool!
